mamifit i reto hábitos saludables
Para iniciar un grupo se necesita un mínimo de 7 personas que se inscriban a lo largo del mes en el mismo grupo, día y hora. Si no se llega a este mínimo, pero hay al menos 4 personas cada día, las mamás pagarán las clases a 18 euros hasta que se forme el grupo, y confirmaremos la clase siempre el día anterior.
El precio mensual será siempre el mismo, independientemente del número de clases al mes. La mayoría de los meses tienen 4 semanas y por lo tanto 4 clases al mes, pero algunos meses tendrán 5 clases y otros tendrán 3 clases por días festivos o vacaciones. Se compensarán unas con otras. No habrá compensación de clases por días festivos o vacaciones.

1 reviews 27 June 2015 5 My weekly appointment with MAMifit in Poblenens (Barcelona) is sacred! I’ve been going since week 16 of pregnancy. I’m in my 33rd and I don’t plan to stop until my little one arrives.it’s fun, healthy and without a doubt has helped my pregnancy be great! The instructors are lovely 🙂 And when I’m already recovered after childbirth, I’ll come back with my little one to the mommy and baby classes.Totally recommended!
1 reviews 26 June 2015 5 I have done the Mamifit classes for pregnant women and they have been great, they keep you physically fit, you learn very good exercises and they give you a lot of mental strength for the day of delivery, I RECOMMEND IT!

It helped me a lot to get in shape, to share a different moment with my little one, to meet other mommies and share tips, experiences, etc . TOTALLY RECOMMENDED. Also all the teachers are super professional, taking into account the needs of each mother and her children.
